Key Requirement:
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Should possess a passion for writing, express a message clearly, briefly and persuasively
• Detail-orientation, good copyediting skills
• Presenting information in an interesting and interactive manner that keeps the audience engaged and active
• Sound knowledge of Instructional Design principles and methods
• Create learning objects, prepare storyboards for various subject in IT, Soft skills, Business process for learning purpose
• Have a good eye for detail, design, and typography
• Strong on Logic & Analytical ability
• Sound visualization skills
• Sound computer skills (MS Office)
• Aware of Internet technology
Professional Experience:
Should have worked as Instructional Designer, content writer, instructional writer, and content developer in an ELearning company for Courseware development.

CTC / Pay Package 1.8 to 6 L depending on experience & competency
