Job Title : Technical Support Officer
Job Location : Gurgaon
Requirements :
- Qualifications:UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization
- Desired: -Candiate should be a Graduate; (10+2+3)
-Excellent Communication Skills
-Knowledge of basic computer operations, internet service providers(ISP)
-Flexible with rotational shifts and 24/7 work environment.
-Courteous with strong customer service orientation - Experience : 0-3 years
- Pay Scale : Rs.1,50,000 – 2,25,000P.A
Job Description:
-Greet customers in a friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
-Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrate empathy
-Clarify customer requirements, probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
-Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
-Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
-Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.
