Associate Lead – Mainframe Testing

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform Functional/Manual Testing for assigned projects.
  • Develop and execute test plans and scripts to validate business requirements.
  • Ensure timely project deliveries as per release plan
  • Review deliverables and ensure Quality of deliverables.

  • Strong experience of testing in Mainframe environment.
  • Hands-on exposure to DB2, VSAM and SQL queries.
  • Good knowledge of ISO and CMMI models.
  • Good knowledge of Testing tools like Test Director/Quality Centre.
  • Good understanding of US healthcare insurance domain.
  • Understands different test methodologies, SDLC.

Senior Software Engineer – Java/J2EE - OM

  • Designing, coding, debugging, documenting and supporting efficient and effective computer applications and tools consistent with established specifications and business requirements.
  • Interpret business requirements related to a significant element of a system application.

  • Prior experience of working in offshore-onshore Delivery Based Model.
  • Prior Production Support Experience - Problem Ticket Resolution, Incident Resolution, SLA Management, Server Patching Checkouts / Application Validation, Application Monitoring, Batch Supervision and Abend management
  • Sun Certified Professionals preferred.
