We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead a NCR Solution software engineering group based out of Hyderabad, India.  He/she will manage and mentor a team of talented software designers, developers and testing engineers who are focused on application development.  They will be involved in driving the development process of one of NCR's core financial product solutions in the eCommerce, Payments and Mobility space. These areas are potential high growth solution amongst financial solutions markets.
 
This person will be challenged with the demand for this complex, feature rich application in a fast-paced Agile programming environment, while ensuring that solution remains a stable and reliable solution for NCR's financial customers.  He/she will be leading new development, upgrades and fixes, as well as customer-specific integration requirements.
 
KEY RESPONSIBNILITIES
 
Ÿ         Assure successful completion of software development projects, on time and within budget
Ÿ         Develop and establish operational objectives
Ÿ         Participate in development of product design strategy
Ÿ         Provide one-on-one coaching/development to the Development Team
Ÿ         Identify alternatives to issues that have a significant impact on meeting objectives, analyzing the alternatives, and selecting one or more alternatives that best support prescribed objectives
