Description: | Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities • Develop and configure network security equipment and applications including Cisco MARS, WCS,ACS,NAC,IPS, firewall, antivirus, vulnerability assessment system, DLP, web security and NAC • Monitoring alerts from all security systems and take corrective action on the alerts received from these systems. • Developing monthly reports from all security systems. • Configure and support Cisco wireless network equipment including Cisco WCS, WLS and AP’s. • Configure and support collaboration equipment including Cisco Call manager, Cisco Contact center, and WebEx node, Meetingplace, Life-size and Tandberg. • Configure and Support Cisco networking equipment including Cisco routers and switches. • Configure and Support Big-IP products, including WAN optimization, LTM and GTM. • Provide first level escalation support for global network, telecom and security issues. • Create and maintain documentation for all network, telecom and security configurations. • Build, configure, optimize and test all equipment prior to deployment. • Develop, recommend, implement and configure standard security monitoring and management scripts. • Adhere and assist in IT compliance audits. • Participate in the IT Change and Incident Management process. Education: • Four year technical college degree or equivalent work experience in a related field Knowledge/Skills/Experience: • 5 - 7 (5+) years experience in performing network, network security and telecom functions • Current CCNP certification or higher with a emphasis on security (CCSP/CCIE security a plus) • Experience with SSL Certificates and vulnerability scanner • Ability to analyze, configure and maintenance security components. • Candidates should have solid background working on Cisco security and data networking with practical hands-on experience in a broad range of Cisco data networking technologies, including but not limited to MARS, NAC, IPS, ASA, enterprise Cisco routers, switches, Nexus switches. • Experience with collaboration technology with VOIP, video and audio conference and contact center • Must know all standard networking functions with good troubleshooting skills, as all problems submitted by engineers will have no or few further escalation points. • Proficient with configuration and implementation of F5 product • Proficient to write scripts to perform automated mid-level administrative work in the technology space. |
