Dealer Appointment: Identify potential areas with RIV as per matrix and
prospective party for dealership Co-ordinate with area executives and DD
teams for analysis and selection, develop action plans. Monitor and support
action plan completion as per schedule Co-ordinate in getting the Dealer
Business plan made Dealer Business plan review along with area manager on
quarterly basis. Help dealers and the employees build the right competencies
for running the business in a desired professional manner
Identify dealers for training, organize the training and train the dealers
by ensuring effective roll out of the programme Follow up on a periodical
basis with the DD, sales, service executives.
Dealers to monitor the progress at each dealership on process implementation
and development Dealer Business Plans: Train the area managers and the field
staff on the DBP and its usage.
Own and Implement a programme that allows dealers to develop as business
leaders from a mere trader environment.
Develop dealers on basic matrix for qualification for DOT programme Help
dealer recruit right manpower as per ORG structure, support infrastructure
development and provide all inputs for their training needs
Co-ordinate in trouble shooting bottlenecks in DMS implementation Dealer
Management Software: DMS implementation at all dealerships.
Help dealer recruit right manpower for DMS operations & get them trained on
each module. Support and educate the field managers and teams to understand
Encourage the AO teams to effectively utilize the programme for OFP, CRM,
Dlr Financials, Inventory management and various services like customer and
tractor history and warranty settlement and analysis
Handholding the dealers principals to effectively learn and use each module
Graduate Engineer ( Mechanical / Agricultural)
Graduate Engineer with 9 - 14 years experience in tractor industry
Very good communication and convincing skills.
Should have unique team building abilities, creative and also understanding
of project timelines for completion by targeted dates
Should have administrative and tactical abilities and views the field
challenges with a positive mind frame to provide local solutions.
He should preferably be a candidate with exposure of both sales and service
He must have fairly good idea about the dealer process and dealership
operations and dealers management software.
