• Creation of test strategy and test specifications from requirements

• Test bed setup in lab, troubleshooting, fault analysis for problems discovered
• Execution of test cases in lab
• Daily status reporting to the project stake holders

Qualification: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MCA

Experience: 3 - 7 years

Skills Required:

• Experience in Testing of VoIP Products/Solutions which includes Class 4/5 signaling gateways and session border controllers
• In-depth knowledge in one or more of the following:
VoIP: SIP, MGCP, H323, H248,
SS7: ISUP, SIGTRAN (M3UA, SUA M2UA etc.), MAP, TCAP, INAP
IMS: IMS-CSCF, IMS-AS, DIAMETER (Rx, Rf, Ro, Cx, Sh), XCAP/Ut, RADIUS family protocols
voice codec, video codec, etc.
• Expertise in scripting languages such as Perl, TCL/Expect, Shell scripting is desirable
• Expertise in deriving test cases from the product requirement
• Hands on experience in automation (test script generation/execution and debugging) are desirable
• Good understanding of one of testing equipments like EAST, MGTS and Navtel is desirable
