1 - Dot Net Developers / Leads

·4-5 years of working experience.
·Expertise in .NET remoting and Enterprise services is essential
·Should have hands on experience in MS Enterprise Library and Webservices
·Expertise in ASP .NET 2.0 , Scripting - Javascript, HTML, XML, CSS, Ajax
·Knowledge in design patterns and UML
·Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment 
·Generating detailed documentation 
·Database Knowledge: Expertise in SQL queries / query handling with any of the database like Oracle and or SQL Server 

2 - Java Developers / Leads
· 4-5 years of Java, J2EE experience in developing mission critical applications - web application/ portals B2C/ Web 2.0/ eCommerce applications
· Strong knowledge in architecture, design patterns, OOAD and UML.
· In depth knowledge and hands on experience in Hibernate/JPA, EJB, Spring/Seam/Jfoundation (OR) In depth knowledge and hands on experience in JSF, Rich Faces, Java Script, Ajax, CSS, XHTML. 
· Knowledge in Web services, XML, SOAP, REST, JMS, jBPM, Drools.
· Experience in SOA based system development and in using ESB and integration patterns.
· Open source tools like Spring, Seam, Maven, Tomcat , JBoss, Eclipse.
· Sound in developing and tuning SQL scripts. 
· Certifications

3 - Oracle Database Developers / Leads
·4-5 years of working experience in Oracle database.
·Strong in data modeling, writing, tuning and optimizing SQLs and PL-SQL.
·Advance knowledge in database architecture and deployments.
