Designation: Field Sales Associate
Department: Mortgages Reporting to: Sales Manager Location: Mumbai Indicative Band: 7 (Low)
The position is responsible for the ongoing Sales and promotion of Home Loan and Cross sell products. The incumbent will be responsible for increasing the loan portfolio by sourcing new business contacts through cold calling, Reference and marketing that result in the generation of leads and disbursal of loans

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Business Profitability
• Achievement of Cross Sell targets
• Procuring and maintaining relationships with Builders for generating leads
• Ensuring Need based selling
• Ensuring excellent customer service and minimal compliants
• Ensuring maintenance of SLAs with MSO and CRU
• Ensuring transparency and cordial relationship within the team and with other departments.
• Giving suggestions for new products or processes to increase marketshare
• CRMS to be used effectively to enter all leads
• Recording all customer meetings on CRMS for effective tracking
• Increasing product and process knowledge

Skillsets Required (Mandatory)

  • Fulltime Graduate/ Postgraduate (preferably in Marketing or Management)
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably selling financial products.
  • A minimal Knowledge of computers and MS office products is desirable
  • High level of integrity & process orientation
