· Production Windows 2003, Exchange 2003, ISA Server, or Microsoft Operations Manager experience a plus

· Understanding and support experience of SMTP and POP3.Mailbox Migration of mailboxes using Exchange Migration wizard Prepare and publish status updates should have Level-2/3 MS Exchange administration skill sets

· Knowledge of Internet mail protocols like SMTP, POP and IMAP

· Working knowledge of UNIX based operating system

· Working knowledge of Active Directory
