o    Must have minimum of 5 years experience in Windows Operating Systems preferably programmed using C and C++

o    Experience in the Linux domain.
Must have worked on printer drivers in Linux environment
Knowledge of Unidrv, Postscript and printer driver architecture

o    Linux OS internals, kernel modifications, Linux OS building

o    Experience in MVL Linux or Wind River Linux will be advantageous

SW Engineer – Printer Firmware



o    Experience in Embedded Systems, Operating systems Internals, C Or Firmware development (Embedded systems) Visual C++/C#

o    Excellent programming skills - C, C++ and Java

o    Experience with multiple operating systems like Windows, Linux and Unix

o    Expertise in socket programming and multi threaded programming

o    Expertise in service side scripting - ASP.NET, AJAX and SOAP

o    Experience with Enterprise-class product development is desirable

o    C/C++, Firmware development in Linux environment, system level programming, strong in embedded systems development, OOPS concepts and object oriented programming

SW Engineer - Java Developers



o    Individual contributors with at least five years of industry experience

o    Excellent programming skills in Java, Hibernate, Spring and JUnit

o    Expertise in Framework (dependency injection, transactions, AOP, component initialization)

o    Expertise in Hibernate (data persistency layer -- object-relational mapping), HSQLDB

o    Experience with JMS, JNDI, Servlet API, RMI, SOAP is required

o    Working knowledge of Echo2 / Echo3 (AJAX-based web interface), Quartz Scheduler (scheduling), Selenium (GUI testing) is desirable

o    Good design skills

o    Experience with Enterprise-class product development is desirable

o MBA / CA with 12+ years of similar experience. Exposure to BPO/Call Center environment will be an added advantage.

Training & Communication manager



o External GRS communication: Communications SPOC for GRS group; Ownership of GRS communication model

o Create and implement the GRS communication model process

Transition Consultant



o Establishing and ensuring that appropriate Transition and Transformation Methodology (TTM) processes are used/followed (such as reporting, risk management, lessons learned, quality, escalating, communications etc.) as listed in the Scope of Work or Statement of Work (SOW).

o Managing the Transition program for all HP BPO functions (Finance & Accounting, Human Resources (HR), Procurement etc)
