Description
Analysis of the Credit Proposals, evaluation new dealers from the Financial
perspective, setting up the Dealer Credit Limits Analysis of the root causes
for the dealer overdue situations, Monthly Information System for the
Wholesale Credit Preparations for Internal Audit and maintenance of Internal
Controls
Major Duties

The position requires to get into credit proposal for the newly appointed
dealers and do elaborate Financial Analysis for their feasibility as a John
Deere Dealer.

The Credit analyst needs to make recommendation based on the analysis. For
defining the Credit Limits for the dealers, analyst has to evaluate dealers
on various parameters and assign ratings to them which will be eventually
used for the dealers

During the year there are various credit analysis e.g. Credit availability,
Days of sales of the dealer, No shipment, Monthly Reporting, monthly
dashboard etc analysis has to be done by the analyst.

Analyst also need to compile the MIS for monthly dashboard, leadership
meetings, exposure analysis, stocking information of the dealers

There are internal audits from Deere and external agencies where the
Internal Controls need to ba maintained by analyst The Internal Control
Questionanires, the monthly compliance checklist and rest information needs
to be maintained on monthky basis

New upcoming business, cost of the Credit and dealer feasibility models etc
need to be supported by the position Writing of the Bulletins to Area
offices business, maintaining the Credit Policies on periodic basis During
month end.

Take the appropriate steps to maintain company exposure to mimimum is also
need of the position. Software support of the Wholesale Credit in India


Qualification
Education

Speciality in Finance, either person with Chartered Accountancy background
or MBA in Finance or Expertise in Finance through other courses which
enables working with Credit Organisation

Required Skills

Relevant work ex of 3-4 years+ Financial Analysis knowledge and basic
accounting Good Communication, Analytical skills

Desired Skills

SAP Knowledge Marketing knowledge

Dealer Appointment: Identify potential areas with RIV as per matrix and prospective party for dealership Co-ordinate with area executives and DD teams for analysis and selection, develop action plans. Monitor and support action plan completion as per schedule Co-ordinate in getting the Dealer Business plan made Dealer Business plan review along with area manager on quarterly basis. Help dealers and the employees build the right competencies for running the business in a desired professional manner
Major Duties
• Identify dealers for training, organize the training and train the dealers by ensuring effective roll out of the programme Follow up on a periodical basis with the DD, sales, service executives.
• Dealers to monitor the progress at each dealership on process implementation and development Dealer Business Plans: Train the area managers and the field staff on the DBP and its usage.
• Own and Implement a programme that allows dealers to develop as business leaders from a mere trader environment.
• Develop dealers on basic matrix for qualification for DOT programme Help dealer recruit right manpower as per ORG structure, support infrastructure development and provide all inputs for their training needs
• Co-ordinate in trouble shooting bottlenecks in DMS implementation Dealer Management Software: DMS implementation at all dealerships.
• Help dealer recruit right manpower for DMS operations & get them trained on each module. Support and educate the field managers and teams to understand various modules.
• Encourage the AO teams to effectively utilize the programme for OFP, CRM, Dlr Financials, Inventory management and various services like customer and tractor history and warranty settlement and analysis
• Handholding the dealers principals to effectively learn and use each module

Qualification
Education
• Graduate Engineer ( Mechanical / Agricultural/Relevent)
Required Skills


* Graduate Engineer with 9 - 14 years experience in tractor industry (Area Manager)
* Graduate Engineer with 5 - 8 years experience in tractor industry (Territory Manager)

• Very good communication and convincing skills.
• Should have unique team building abilities, creative and also understanding of project timelines for completion by targeted dates
• Should have administrative and tactical abilities and views the field challenges with a positive mind frame to provide local solutions.
Desired Skills
• He should preferably be a candidate with exposure of both sales and service
• He must have fairly good idea about the dealer process and dealership operations and dealers management software.

*Plan test requirements as per accredited standards and internal John Deere test standards.-LAB TEST, FOR TRACTOR COMPONENTS AND SUB SYSTEMS. *Selection of test equipment and fixtures suitable for test. - Plan for machine and manpower requirement. *Design simple fixtures and supervise fabrication of the same for in-house test.Conduct PFMEA of tests/set ups. *Supervise manpower for in-house test.Monitor in-house tests on daily basis and update team on status Knowledge about test agencies and their capabilities. *Support external test agencies for test planning and Interact with external agency on day to day basis for on time completion of tests, ensuring quality of test. *Analysis failure or get failure analysis done (metallurgy, chemical etc.).Generate technical reports. *Discuss conclusion of tests in CFTs, review etc. - involvement in DFSS project teams and support for DOEs, validations etc. - Executing formalities for test at external test agencies (Intents, P.O.s, payment tra

•B. Tech./B.E. in Mechanical/Agricultural Engg. - with 3-6 yrs exp
