Remuneration/Salary:- Candidates selected will be initially engaged as "Probationer Trainee" for a period of two years and during the period of Probation Training they will be paid fixed remuneration. After successful completion of probation training period, they will be fixed in the Running Pay Band and Grade Pay as under:-

(A) Personnel Officer: Rs. 15600-39100 (Grade pay Rs. 5400/-) (During two years probation training period, Rs. 16,800/-per month is payable as Fixed Remuneration)

(B) Asstt. Personnel: Rs. 9300-34800 (Grade pay Rs. 3600/-) Officer (During two years probation training period, Rs. 11,100/-per month is payable as Fixed Remuneration)
