Brief Job Description (KRA's)
Responsible for coordination of international business development activities:
 Developing a good understanding of our service offering in CDM and Strategic Consulting in Climate Change and Sustainable development in detail and its various applications, methodologies etc
 Coordinate between international BD teams and help leverage opportunities globally
 Developing a sectoral & territorial strategy for international business development, Identifying Potential Projects, initiating contact, presenting Emergent Ventures credentials & winning the assignment on occasions, establishing assignment contracts, assisting consultants and acting as a custodial of client interests to ensure that promises made by us are fulfilled.
 Developing relationships with potential network partners for business development and enhancing Emergent Ventures reach
 Understand all international projects and clients. Maintain track sheets and status on all projects
 Develop concept notes and market strategies for new territories
 We expect person to create a successful track record for EVI in the and help us gain leadership position in the region.

Educational Qualification: Undergraduate in any discipline (engineering would be preferred), MBA would be preferred

Skills required:
 Strong relationship management skills to build relations with relevant stakeholders
 A strong sense of urgency to get things done
 good verbal and written communication skills (English) are a must
 A drive for excellence and achievement orientation are critical skills for this position
 Person must be detail oriented
 Should be self motivated and be able to handle multiple tasks and projects in different subject
