Brief Job Description (KRA’s) Responsible for contracting function for sales and monetization of CERs § Relationship management with project developers for formulating and implementing sales strategy for CERs § Successful execution of sales transactions ( spots , forwards , brokerage) § Negotiation of sales structure , terms and conditions of contract § Ensuring successful completion of zero error transactions § Facilitation in due diligence of buyers and sellers § Develop strong relationships and trust with sellers § Develop sound understanding of carbon market § Business Development for service offerings related to carbon asset management
Educational Qualification: MBA from premium business school
Skills required: § A strong sense of urgency to get things done § Challenging approach to deliver top quality services to demanding clients § Self Driven , Quality Conscious & Process Oriented § High Maturity, ability to maintain consistency under tough business situations § Should possess excellent communication and reporting skills § Strong relationship management skills to build relations with relevant stakeholders § Project management skills will be preferred § High Energy levels
