Networking Engineer:-

Job Description:
*      Contribute to development of networking software for embedded
solutions like broadband CPE routers, home networking solutions and
wireless/voice access devices.
*      Job includes working on design, coding, testing and supporting
customer designs of the related products.
*      Candidate will also be expected to participate in reviews,
estimations and knowledge sharing.

Skill set
Mandatory:
*      C-based development in Linux environment
*      At least 2-4 years of prior development experience in related fields

Working knowledge
*      TCP/IP, IPv6, PPPoE
*      ADSL2/2+ router
*      Linux Routing / Switching,Shell scripting

Additional skills (preferred but not mandatory)
*      G.hn standards / HomePlug/MOCA/HomePNA
*      TR069 standards
*      Linux kernel knowledge, device drivers
*      Open WRT
*      HTML, Javascripts
*      Version control system using Clearcase / UCM / Mercurial

QA test Engineer

Job Description:
*      Understand Home Networking / DSL modem Networking software features
requirements and functionality specifications
*      Study relevant standards & functional descriptions
*      Devise test setups and write test cases achieving functional,
performance and stability coverage
*      Execute test cases and evaluate test results
*      Generate test reports summary and descriptions and raise problem
reports
*      Participate in reviews and other test organization improvement
activities

Skill set requirement:
*      At least 2-3 years prior experience in testing, with at least 1 year
in networking domain
*      Familiarity with Linux environment and shell commands and text
editors
Detailed knowledge of at least some of the following
protocols/standards/functionality: G.hn standards / HomePlug/MOCA/HomePNA,
PPP, PPPoE ( authentication PAP CHAP), DHCP, DNS, NTP, VLAN, STP, ATM QoS,
RIP, ATM, IPQoS, DSCP marking, ALGs, NAT, NAPT, DMZ, Firewall, IGMP,
Multicast, IPVPN, routing tables , tr69 ( tr098 model), tr104, SIP , DECT,
UPnP

Design and Verification Engineer

Job Description:

1 Participate in design, verification & debug of highly integrated
SOC designs for Wireline networking applications, with particular
emphasis on RTL design and Verification.
Job includes design & verification of dedicated IP's, micro-architecture
development.

Required technical skills:

Expertise in the following fields is a must
For Designer
*      VHDL/Verilog coding
*      Micro-architecture development
*      Low power design methodology
*      Experience/Knowledge in technologies like USB, PCIe, WLAN, Home
Networking, Processor cores like MIPS, Different internal bus standards
*      Understanding of  synthesis/timing topics

For Verification
-      Verification concepts/Methologies
-      Specman, System Verilog knowledge and experience using them
*      Experience/Knowledge in technologies like USB, PCIe, WLAN, Home
Networking, Processor cores like MIPS
*      Experience in using assembly language code
*      Verification and debug using  simulations environment, rapid
prototyping
*      Gatelevel simulations

Desired technical skills:

1.      Knowledge of ASIC design flow
2.      Understanding of the technology related topics.

Soft skills:

1.      Good communication skills needed as the candidate is required to
work closely with other design engineers within the group & also external
groups such as CAD, Layout teams, prototyping teams.
