Dear All, Find below an opportunity in sales/marketing for an experienced
person preferably from Glass or Chemical industry (B2B selling) and based
out of Delhi or Chennai. CTC would be around Rs.7.5 Lakh p.a.

JOB DESCRIPTION
ADVANCED INTERLAYERS COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE
(India / Pakistan)
I. Prerequisites:
A. At least 5 years of sales/marketing experience in strategic
sales/marketing
balancing long term sales strategy with day to day operations.
B. Strong business acumen.
C. Successful experience working within a regional sales operation.
D. Consistently exceed sales goals as representative and/or manager.
E. Team oriented.
F. Excellent initiative and self motivation.
G. Demonstrated ability to effectively maneuver through complex situations.
H. Creative problem solver.
I. Written and oral fluency in Standard Hindi and English.
(Gujrati, Marathi, Tamil, Kannada and Telugu are a plus)
J. Generally up to 50% travel required.
II. Preferred Experience / Qualifications:
A. Industrial B to B, value added sales and marketing.

B. Knowledge of Glass and/or Chemical Products.
III. Educational Requirements:
A. Masters or Bachelors in a Business acumen (Marketing, Finance), or B.S.
in a Science acumen including Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
Responsibilities
I. Directly responsible for the volume, revenue, sales, marketing, and
contracting results for select Advanced Interlayers accounts in the
territory.
II. Indirectly responsible for the profitability and technical service for
select
Advanced Interlayers accounts in the India / Pakistan region.
III. Ensure strong multi-level customer relationships. Prepare and negotiate
contracts that are beneficial and align to the business strategy.
IV. Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve market shares and
the
optimum product mix in the India / Pakistan region that are defined in the
Advanced Interlayers strategic and tactical plans.
V. Develop and maintain key customer relationships.
VI. Develop recommendations for Advanced Interlayers performance solutions
with applications in automotive, architecture and photovoltaic systems.
VII. Lead select account sales and business projects in the India/Pakistan
region,
including pricing, costing, sales budgeting and customer contract
negotiations.
VIII. Accountable for the safety of themselves and others.
IX. Recommend new sales channels and lead potential strategic partnerships
to
continue growing the business in the region year on year.
X. Develop and manage the agent / distributor channel.
XI. Manage global and local key accounts, and projects, through a cross
functional approach.
XII. Develop and maintain positive liaisons with governments, industry and
external contacts.
XIII. Manage budget and sales activities to meet business plan objectives.
XIV. Provide weekly / monthly / annual reporting (including sales funnel,
forecasting, SG&A, working capital) as required to inform management of on
going activity for select accounts. Provide appropriate and timely
communication to management
XV. Maintain accounts receivables in compliance with objectives.
XVI. Maintain high level of product and market knowledge; demonstrate
industry
knowledge keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
XVII. Attend and participate in sales meetings, segment team meetings,
product
seminars and trade shows.
XVIII. Demonstrate ability to upsell and sell additional products/services
into
existing clients.
