RRF 1983B - Senior System Engineer – AIX Administration
Location: Noida / Pune                                            Experience: 5-6 years
Job Description:
Strategic and tactical responsibility for designing, building and supporting technical architecture of environments for information delivery from Enterprise Data Warehouse. Requires background in architecting/designing, implementing and managing multi-user SLA-driven environments. Operating systems: AIX 5.2/5.3, Windows 2000/2003, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Solaris; all in Clustered environments. RRF 1942A - System Designer – Linux Administration (L2 Support )
Location: Noida / Pune                                            Experience: 4-6 years
Job Description:
The candidate will provide system administration for Linux platform for financial information systems and will be working with Computer Associates UniCenter products, Wily Introscope, and other monitoring products to support Web and Application server Tiers.
The candidate will be responsible for following tasks: • Provide operational system administration support for Linux based servers in a high availability, 24x7x365 environment • Provide initial application support • Perform troubleshooting, resolution and problem analysis • Approve and execute Change Control requests for hardware, OS and applications • Monitor alerting systems and servers at production, certification, beta and alpha levels • Administer work request system (create logins, reset passwords, etc.) • Provide and receive cross training from immediate support team

RRF 1931B - System Designer – Linux Administration (L3 Support )

Job Description:
The Distributed Engineering team is responsible for end-to-end delivery of infrastructure solutions to all customers. Working with Development, Product and other Infrastructure Services teams, the incumbent will deliver an infrastructure solution that is technically sound, resilient to failure, operationally supportable, and meets the requirements of business. Delivery of infrastructure solution includes a variety of skills including infrastructure architecture, hands-on build-out and configuration of infrastructure, as well some project management skills ensuring projects are delivered within scope and on-time. A high degree of collaboration with Development and other IS teams is required to provide right level of agility within a defined delivery process. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills, will be forward thinking, and be able to work effectively in a diverse, highly talented team, continuously striving for excellence.
Skills : Current, enterprise-class Infrastructure/System Engineering experience with UNIX/Linux systems utilizing NAS and SAN attached storage - Experience designing, implementing and managing solutions utilizing Apache, WebLogic, Websphere MQ, DB2 Connect - Working knowledge of networking protocols and components including TCP/IP, DNS, NFS - Experience designing and implementing High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions - Scripting experience (Perl, shell) - Technical leadership for project based assignments - Experience with automated system builds and configuration management tools - Experience working on a matrix team consisting of a variety of Infrastructure Engineering groups, as well as Development groups and Client Relationship groups - Willingness and capability of quickly learning new technologies required for accomplishing project goals - Willingness and ability to produce high quality operational documentation, including Visio diagrams etc.

Job Description:
Develop, test, troubleshoot and modify vendor-supplied application software and hardware • Design modules and/or approaches, and required enhancements • Develop block diagrams and logic flowcharts • Code, review, prepare test data, test and debug and manage implementation of application building • Produce program and user documentation for all applications created within the department • Assist operational staff with moderately complex support issues • Assist operational teams with root cause analysis and solutions to moderately complex production issues • May proactively identify potential issues in production environment and help recommend potential solutions • Implement new servers for additional capacity to existing platforms • Analyze security data and implement solutions to maintain PCI compliance • Interact with business units, developers, and operations support teams to mature existing environment and improve change control implementation

Location: Noida / Pune                                                  Experience: 5-8 years
Job Description:
Lead efforts to guide team to best practices for database usage, high availability and business continuity. Create and support databases across internal and end-user applications. Analyze existing database applications to migrate into or improve functioning on the platform. Maintain databases, including all production, backup and development files. Administer database security across all database environments. Provide guidance to other database administrators to expand the role and capabilities of the database environment. Prepare periodic reports regarding unit’s activities and goal attainment. Maintain a state-of-the-art knowledge of existing best practices in database administration. Mentor/train lower level database administrators. Coordinate larger-sized projects through assignment of tasks and managing workload of staff.
Skills : Prior experience with the following is preferred: SQL Clustering, Strong Transact-SQL & MS Data Transformation Services (DTS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) knowledge, Replication, Performance Tuning, Backup and recovery methods, Log shipping, Database Mirroring, Database capacity planning, Users and role creation and monitoring, experience in third party tools like Quest Software SQL LiteSpeed, Quest Software SpotLight, Idera SQL Diagnostic Manager, BMC SQL BackTrack and Log Explorer. Experience in SQL 2000/2005/2008 database management and related products from Microsoft including Windows 2003 Server and desktop operating systems. MOM 2005 is a plus.
