SBS – Senior Analyst

1)      Job Responsibilities (Day to day requirement)

• Execute and lead business analysis projects autonomously.

• Build relevant business knowledge.

• Work on multiple projects at a time.

• Present recommendations and gain buy-in.

• Coach and mentor junior analysts by sharing expertise.

• Ability to interact with and present to senior management.

2)      Skills and Experience (Technical)

Established competency in one or more of following:

 Financial Analysis

 Business Analysis

 Statistical Modeling

Working knowledge of analytical tools and complex data sources preferred

Strong English language presentation and communication skills

2+ years of relevant work experience with a good knowledge of financial services products or experience with consumer analytics in retail/telecom/insurance etc.

3)      Overall priorities and mindset

Self motivated individuals who are comfortable working in bigger teams. A flexible, positive and mature mindset to deal with ambiguities of complex business problems is a must.

4)      Educational requirements:

Master degree in Finance / Statistics / Economics / Mathematics / Business Management from a premiere institute

1)     Job Responsibilities (Day to day requirement)

Execute and lead business analysis projects autonomously.

Apply business knowledge to enhance existing processes

Code, Test and Execute project requests and support ongoing business processes

Extend relationship beyond peers and managers to more senior management levels

Participate in Periodic Meetings with Manager and Business Partners to share overall status of work, progress, issues

Execute and validate existing SIS processes independently

Seek synergies in activities across SIS and implement value-added enhancements to the way work is executed

2)     Skills and Experience (Technical)

Established competency in one or more of following:

�� SAS, SQL, UNIX, RDBMS ,.Net

�� Extensive business knowledge and relevant area expertise

�� Technical expertise in Data Modelling or/and any Reporting technologies

Strong English language presentation and communication skills

3+ years of relevant work experience with a good knowledge of Information Systems development in the area of Financial Services products or Consumer Analytics, with particular emphasis in the use of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence Architectures
