Required skill set:

·         Skills in web application development using Ruby on rails.

·         Familiarity with AJAX techniques and modern JavaScript libraries

·         Experienced with SQL and database design

·         Familiarity with Agile Software Development Methodologies

Job Description:

·         Design , architect , implement new features and optimize existing ones from controller levels to UI levels.

·         Build applications/widgets for external networks and ability to identify design, performance and maintenance related optimization and implementing them.

·         Adherence to Agile development methods.

·         Solve scalability problems keeping the application running.

·         Must have good Analytical Skills & should be a good Team Player

Desired Profile of Candidate:

·         3+years of demonstratable experience in building consumer web applications.

·         Excellent skills on Ruby on Rails, Javascript, Ajax, Jquery coding and Mysql.

·         Expert in object oriented program with solid understanding of data structures.

·         Design and develop software according to best practices and  internal standards

·         Must be able to understand the Model-View-Controller (MVC) design pattern really well

·         Responsible for debugging product issues and fixing them

·         Candidate must be ready to work in startup environment and grow  as the company grows

·         Must be a self motivator and disciplined to start on his own to complete the task in the given time with best quality.

Hiring Process:

·         Three rounds of interviews –one HR round, then Telephonic and then Face to face.
