Requirements: Senior Test Engineer(Automation)

Work Location: Chennai/Bangalore/Noida

• 3 to 7  years testing experience. 
• B.S. in Computer Science or relevant technical engineering discipline is required, or the equivalent
• Experience in one or more of the tools - HP QTP.Atleast 1+ year experience in QTP is a MUST
• Experience on any of the domains like Financial services- Banking, Insurance; Healthcare; Utilities;Telecom;Manufacturing
• Experience in identifying the Automation Candidates from Regression suites.
• Experience in Test strategy planning, effort estimation, execution and reporting
• Design Automation framework based on application complexity
• Thorough understanding of software development life cycle and testing process
• Good organization and planning skills; must be able to adjust priorities with changing needs of the projects 
• Must be flexible and able to adjust to various styles of project management and leadership
• Must be able to take initiative, actively seek out detailed requirements, and coordinate defect management.
• Certified is any of the functional test automation is preferred.

Requirements: Test Engineer(Performance)

•5 to 6  years performance testing experience. 
• B.S. in Computer Science or relevant technical engineering discipline is required, or the equivalent
• Experience in Performance test strategy planning and effort estimation
• Experience in one or more of the tools - HP LoadRunner ,IBM Rational Performance Tester, Segue SilkPerformer , OpenSTA, Compuware QALoad, SOASTA
• Application Analysis and identification of components having performance issues and prioritizing the issues for planning the resolution
• Test results Analysis and Reporting 
• Must have good scripting knowledge and problem solving skills
• Must have at least lead 2 to 3 performance testing projects.
• Must have knowledge on troubleshooting WebServer, AppServer, DB Server experience
• Experience in Performance Test script creation and Execution in any of the following - Custom ( C,C++,.NET, Java, Web ) , Enterprise ( SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft) , ISV Products ( COTS, CSC IP )
• Good organization and planning skills; must be able to adjust priorities with changing needs of the projects

Requirements: Test Engineer(Manual)

• 3 - 5 years of Testing Experience
• Posses Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering/Science Disciplines
• Analyze Business Requirements
• Create and Execute Test case  
• Test Data preparation  
• Experience in Defect management processes ( Defect logging and Tracking) 
• Knowledge in Defect Management tool / Test Management tool (TestDirector / QC / Bugzilla)
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• To be a active team player
• Experience in SQL Queries
• Knowledge on SDLC & STLC processes & its methodologies
• Knowledge on any of the domains like Financial services, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Utilities, Telecom, Manufacturing.
• Hand on testing Experience to any of the technology such as .Net, J2EE, Oracle , SQL, Scripting language.
• Preferred knowledge on UNIX, Linux and Solaris.
