specializing in meeting the Information Security needs of the consumer via
security products. Innefu's Research and Development team believes in innovating

Job Profile: Assistant Manager- HR
Job Responsibilities:
1.Co-ordinate the design, implementation and administration of human resource
policies and activities to ensure the availability and effective utilization of
human resources for meeting the company's objectives.
2.To ensure timely recruitment of required level of Management staff.
3.Ensure appropriate communication at all staff levels.
4.To facilitate / support the development of the Team members.
5.Ensure a motivational climate in the organization, including adequate
opportunities for career growth and development.
6.Telecalling Government and Corporate clients regarding company's products.
Profile of the Candidates:Candidates should have completed MBA in HR (Distance
Learning) from SCDL. Candidates pursuing MBA (HR) may also apply.
