Position Function/ Purpose
  • Meet and exceed planned targets consistently through channel partners.
  • Responsible for channel business for state /territory
Education and Experience
  • Minimum graduate, IT literate; MS office and communication.
  • MBA diploma in sales/mktg.. must have undergone at least formal in house sales training.
  • Minimum 3-4 yrs of experience of which 2 yrs in cahnnels,1 yrs in direct selling and at least 1 yrs in metro location

  • Responsible for channel business of consumables for state/territory.
  • Experience in selling with delivery lead times
  • Carry out Product and Sales Training Programs to ensure adequate capability of the Partners� Sales Force

  • BTL Activities in the form of events and road shows to increase the market share

  • Channel expansion Management. Build Competencies in the partners to handle the existing Potential as also new emerging opportunities in the Market place

  • Providing leadership / direction / motivation to team members.
  • Experience in motivating & monitoring dealer sales force
  • Well versed in target setting for dealers and ability to convince dealer owners.
  • Experience in managing collections / DSO and dealer credit limits
