Title: Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description:

To acquire HNI clients for Demat Accounts.
1. To support the back office in terms of client query resolution
2. To escalate the customer grievance and to resolve it immediately

3. Profiling of HNI clients on various investment opportunities and mapping to the RMs
4. To Acquire and build relationship with External and Internal resources

5. Gauge, handle, Train and advise Trainees as well as customers
6. To study and monitor research reports in order to aid HNIs on price fluctuations, primary trend and appropriate investment opportunities
7. To recruit and induct Summer Trainees
8. To gauge the disposable income of the client and advise them on various other products of the company
9. To impart product/ technical and behavioral training to the Trainees for getting Higher Asps Accounts
10.To ensure desired performance from the team as a whole and ensure consistent performance from each of his team member (achievement of pre-defined goals and performance standards within a specified time-frame)
