We’re looking for a Business Analyst who can lead projects with our leading clients independently and encounter complex business processes that need to be subjected to analysis, dissection and componentization.

Job Responsibility:

- The successful candidate will be one who is a self starter and skilled in commencing the requirements gathering process from scratch.

- The role would start out with competitive analysis of industry peers, documentation and benchmarking of competitive capabilities, contributing in refining of business strategy and documentation of high and low level requirements and gaps in competitor propositions.

- The candidate can expect to encounter complex business processes that need to be subjected to analysis, dissection and componentization.

- The candidate will also be involved in the design of new business processes and will work with the project leader to build these new processes.

- The senior business analyst will lead the team in the development of a prototype and particularly its user experience and finally be responsible for a finished product.




Skill Set Required

- The qualified candidate must have: analytical ability; business acumen; know operational procedures; thorough knowledge of the SDLC and the documentation attached with it, business process design;

- Should have excellent written communication; teamwork; collaboration estimating.

- Must have experience across the full lifecycle of portal development.
- A person with a technical or engineering background would be preferred.
- Liaoning with cross functional teams for execution of projects
- Help with pre-sales & sales support for client acquisition as needed
- Experience in managing & working on Web Strategy, Portal & Website implementations
- Should have worked on/managed Web CMS or ECM projects
- Should have Aggressive leadership style
- Strong in understanding client objectives & creating strategies for them
- Disciplined in Project Management & Analysis processes
- Insurance or Financial Services domain expertise will be additional advantage
- Should have at list 4+ years of overall experience
