Position
Manager / Senior Manager– Operations
Qualification
Post Graduate (any stream) is compulsary. (preferably from Tier I/II B-School)
Experience
4 - 10 years
Age
29-35 years.
Criteria
Any candidate from BPO/KPO/Telecom/Healthcare Industries
Experience in handling large scale multi location projects or operational activities
Candidate currently in service and having no break or gap in their career graph
Experience in managing large teams
Job Description
To manage Health Care Operations
To handle a team of doctors and non doctors
To handle the escalation issues and maintain service levels
To estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
To maintain the quality and quantity parameters inline to the business needs.
To monitor daily operations
Implement new process and improve client service
Ensure service delivery as per SLAs and maintain within TAT.
