We are a fast growing progressive company andwe are looking for a HR Manager for our Pune office.  This positionreports to the Director-Operations and work hours are night shift. We offerexcellent work environment and career growth within the company.

Job Profile:

Handling various HRrelated activities independently with minimal supervision and capability tosetup and handle the entire HRdepartment.

Looking after the internal recruitment, identifyingcandidates, interviewing, offer letters, confirmation letters.

On-boarding and Joining formalities of new recruits.

Maintaining and updating personnel files of employees.

Taking care of Performance Appraisal of employees.

Identifying training needs within the company.

Timely reporting to the Management.

Any other tasks assigned from time to time.

Requirement:

• Graduate / MBA in Human Resources.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in handling various HR related activities and capability to setup and handle the entire HR department.
• Must have good experience in handling recruitment from start to finish.
• Experience using job boards and must have excellent networking skills.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Should have basic HR and payroll knowledge.
