We thank you for your continued participation in Employee Referral Recruitment Program. We have organized a special event for Employee Referrals on Saturday 18th Jun 2011 at Fiserv, Pune.
You need to be the ambassador in inviting your referred candidates on the above date. Please make sure that the candidate(s) has the required skills and relevant experience as mentioned in the mail. We request you to read the entire mail and then invite the candidates.
All Applicants should fulfill the following criteria:
· They should have strong technical Knowledge.
· They should have Excellent communication skills.
· Should be working in tier-1 or tier-2 organizations.
· They should be able to work independently directly with customer with minimum or no supervision

Position: S.S.E / SA RRF No: 3002B
Experience:2-5Years Location: Pune
Key Skills : C#, Silverlight, .Net.
Job Description:
Hands on Working experience in Silverlight and .Net.
Designing, coding and testing of software applications with high quality and on-time delivery.
Performing design review, code review and testing of software features.
Interfaces with Product and QA team’s spread across geographies
Exposure to advanced .NET concepts like WPF, Windows/Web Service would be plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Position: SSE / SA RRF No: 3347B
Experience: 3-5 Years Location: Pune
Key Skills : C#, Asp.Net, XML, SQL Server.
Job Description:

Job Description:
Application development activities in conjunction with the development team onsite.
Very strong technical skills with very good communication and people management skills.
The candidate will lead a team of 3 members and will also be expected to provide technical guidance as and when needed.
The candidate should be self motivated and self organizing to carry out all the SDLC tasks with utmost confidence while working very closely with the onsite team.
Process to follow:
Please directly schedule your candidates and enter their resumes in RMS.
Call the candidates whom you have uploaded earlier in RMS but are currently in Applied, On hold status, provided they match the above mentioned requirements.
Candidates will be welcomed between 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM only.
Please ask your candidates to bring the following:
· Updated Resume.
· Candidate ID (RMS generated Id) & Employee Id of the referrer to be written on top of the resume.
· 1 Passport size photograph.
· Photocopy of latest salary increment / offer letter of their current company.
Interview rounds:
Online test for candidate followed by technical interview, MR interview and HR interview.

Candidates will not be entertained in the following circumstances:
· They come for an interview without an RMS – ID (its generated once the resume is uploaded in the system).
· They don’t match the aforesaid criteria in terms of experience and skill set.
· They arrive after 11:30 AM at the venue.
