Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

·         Can independently build enterprise class solutions and architectures driven by experience of having done that in multiple situations. Interact with the Product manager from the client end. Contribute to the hiring of the team.



Mandatory Skills

·         9+ years of relevant Industry experience

·         Should be able to translate product functional specification into technical design, considering performance, scalability and reliability aspects

·         Very strong technical aptitude and understanding of the latest technical trend

·         Willing to work hands on and at the same time be able to work at a level of abstraction
Strong analytical

·         Ability to analyze client problems and our capabilities to build strong solutions. Lots of architects can build architectures, the gap we see is their ability to understand client problems

·         Should be very Strong in Java, J2EE (Server Side), Spring, Hibernate

·         Experience in database SQL/Oracle

·         Strong ability to mentor other team members

·         Excellent communication skills
