Skillsets - 
3 - 5 years of automation testing experience onIBM RFT on web environment. 
Desirable to have automation testing experience on terminal emulator based 
legacy applications, Windows exe based applications, SAP, etc.
Thorough knowledge of automation testing frameworks based on keyword, data and 
hybrid approaches. 

Working knowledge of Core Java, XML, OOPs concepts and design patterns.
Advanced MS Excel knowledge and Good understanding of relational databases and 
must have worked on at least one of the DBMS - Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, MySQL
Desirable to have some exposure to manual testing, and basic understanding of 
creation of test plan, test cases and test data. 

QTP, Selenium, WATIR exposure would be an added advantage.
