Job Profile:

* Driving cross sell business & leverage opportunity in respective territory. 
* Develop strategies; in consultation with Supervisor for effective Cross-sell penetration. 
* Implement & execute SOW campaigns while creating its mind share with Office Team. 
* Deliver Cross-Sell Targets through our existing customers.
* Co-create training and awareness initiatives to drive business generation activities
* Drive Client Seminars & promote Annual Client Review

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
* Coaching, training and public speaking skills
* Multitasking and co-ordination skills
* Process driven approach & High on Analytics ability.
* Very high energy levels
* Ability to impact and influence, without direct control over others.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
* Graduate in any discipline
* At least 3 - 4 years in sales or training. 
* Good presentation/ training skills
