We at Tech Mahindra, Ltd are conducting a Walk-in for Solution Designer - CA IAM consultant/ implementer on 2nd April , 2011 (SATURDAY) at MUMBAI & NOIDA.

Job Location : Mumbai, Pune, Noida.

Experience: 3 to 7 yrs.

Technical Skills Required:

• 3-4 years experience in CA SiteMinder product implementation, CA SiteMinder Agent deployment
• Strong Design & Maintenance skills with Integrity Siteminder 6 & Identity minder 12.
• Integration with applications such as CRM, Websphere, Oracle and Weblogic etc. with CA Identity & Access Management products
• Expertise in Siteminder User and Admin API's
• Good knowledge of Identity Minder administration.
• Technical development and design experience in Java/J2EE (i.e. JSP, Servlets, and JDBC etc.)
• Good knowledge of LDAP and directories.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, UNIX, Linux, Windows, etc.
• Ability to troubleshoot Networking Issues.
• Experience in Incident lifecycle management in a maintenance environment. Working with incidents, incident management etc.
• Nice to have Application server(Weblogic) knowledge along with exposure to Web Services, XML, SAML
• Awareness of various IAM security products, methodologies and processes
• Experience in IAM domain - Implementation
• Exposure to JAVA, J2EE development â€" a plus
• CISSP/CISA or any other security certification - a plus

Professional Skills Required:

• Must possess the technical/functional skills necessary to understand and manage consulting project engagements
• Knowledge of evaluation of various IAM products primarily CA IAM products â€" a plus
• Should have an exposure to NGN security solutions for the areas like Mobile Security, VoIP Security etc. â€" a plus
• Should be able to work with internal/external teams to understand security requirements and deliver against project plans
• Should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adherence to program objectives and security processes, and take responsibility for achieving team deliverables, hitting target milestones
• Should be able to make appropriate and timely technical/ people decisions.
• Should be able to Understand of customer needs and proactively delivers the best solution.
• Should be able to Investigate issues and conducts root cause analysis to solve a variety of problems in his/ her area of work.
• Should be able to communicate clearly, fluently and in an assertive manner. Presents ideas effectively.
• Should be able to set demanding project goals and ensure that these are met.
• Should have knowledge on managing, implementation, & execution of project
