·         Analyze and code using Java, JSP and JavaScript. Must have sound java debugging & analytical skills. Should know XML

• Ability to write jUnits for unit testing the code. Good to have - knowledge of TDD approach
• Meet the quality goals on code and unit tests
• Develop and utilize product functional knowledge to develop the code. Good to have - worked on banking applications in the past
• Adhere to agile development methodology used by the project. Good to have - worked with agile approach in the past
• Good to have - banking domain knowledge

 Skill Set:
