Candidate Checklist: (Mandatory Documents)

·  RM ID and updated resume

·  Copy of last drawn salary slip & latest hike letter

·  Copies of certificates & mark sheets of all exams from 10th Std to highest level (Semester wise mark sheets are preferred)

·  Copy of 1 passport/stamp size photograph

·  Copies of relieving  letters, experience letters & offer letters from all previous employers

·  Copy of current Address Proof

·  Referrals to carry the Associate ID & Resume ID of the referee on the resume

 

Important – Please Note:

·  Double your Rewards campaign will be applicable between February 24th and March 4th 2011 only.

·  A full-time degree in B.E./ B.Tech/ MCA/ M.E./ M.Tech/ M.Sc with consistent first class is mandatory.

·  Candidates who have been interviewed in the last 6 months are not eligible.

·  Resumes sent to any other email ID will not be eligible for referral awards.

·  All resumes will be screened and only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.

·  Resumes received post the campaign end date will be considered under regular referral bonus plan.

·  Suitable resumes for this requirement already existing in our database will be considered under regular referral bonus plan.

·  The candidate must have a 10 digit RM ID before taking up the interview process.
