Dear Subexians,
 
Due to the upswing in Java  / C++ (SE) requirements and to have a faster interview turnaround time we will continue with the same recruitment process which we had initiated starting last month (Details given below). This process will be followed till 31st of Dec 2010.
 
Interview Process:
- Subexians to call their references (matching the requirements mentioned below) directly for a test every day between 9am-5pm
- Subexians to call only those candidates who have not taken any test/interview with Subex in the last 6 months
 
Requirement Details:
Position            : Software Engineer – Java
Experience       : 1-3 yrs
Skills required  : Strong experience in Core Java, Database (Oracle /SQL), Linux/Unix, Experience in OOPS concepts, Analysis, Coding and Support, Good communication skills
Industry           : Any industry

Requirement Details:
Position            : Software Engineer – C++
Experience       : 1-3 yrs
Skills required  : Strong experience in C++ (atleast 2 projects on C++), UNIX/Solaris/Linux Technologies, Knowledge on database (Any database) is an added advantage, Good communication skills
Industry           : Any industry
