Hi,

We at Apppli Ltd specialize in developing enterprise and mobile based solutions. We are a start up with offices in UK and NOIDA. As part of our expansion, we are looking for the following people:
1) iPhone Developer - With at least 2 years experience in developing iPhone applications and must have atleast 2 applications in the iTunes store. Overall development experience should be 3-4 years
2) Business Development Manager - A person with helping grow IT business having an overall experience of 6-8 years.

Job Description - iPhone Developer

Desired Candidate Profile

Any graduate,Shld have at least 1yr exp with Objective C on Mac/iPhone platform
Shld have overall 2-3 yrs job exp using C, C++ and/or Objective C
Shld have developed at least 2 applications that are currently in app store Skill set required-
-iPhone/iPad development experience(2+ yrs).

-Knowledge of scripting on Mac is required.

-Knowledge of automation of iPad/iPhone application development through scripting.

-Knowledge of Google Maps api required.

-Must have knowledge of Xcode and Interface builder.

-Development of iPhone/iPad application through commandline.

-Knowledge of Android,BlackBerry,J2ME would be desirable.

Job Description - Business Development Manager

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be someone who has:

1. Bachelor Degree/Master in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent

2. Has at least 6 years of relevant industry experience.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

4. Good negotiation skills, Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills.

5. A proactive self starter, who can operate both individually and as part of a team.

6. High commercial acumen and a record of confidence dealing with middle managers through to decision makers.

7. Capacity for strategic thought and the ability to solve unstructured business problems.

8. Can write to a very good standard including both detailed specification and report(s).

9. An ability to manage multiple deals at once with an eye towards cost, business opportunity and strategic value.

10. Leadership to transform strategy into successful execution and a passion for operational excellence

11. A strong team player that values the importance of the success of their overall group

12. Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking & problem solving ability.

13. Understands the web especially the consumer internet and the mobile space.

14. Good exposure to web and mobile technologies but not necessarily a programmer.

15. Candidate will be engaged in the full cycle process of Client acquisition that includes Market Research, Lead Generation, E-mail campaign, Cold calling, fixing up meetings, closing deals, follow up on agreements, etc

Job Description

Overall:
1. Identify business targets and scanning/comprehending the market for business potential to secure business for the organization. Winning and securing business for the organization by making calls to the prospective clients, pitching the business service, sending/seeking requisite information/proposal and follow up.

2. Enhancing client relationships and increasing revenue from existing clients.

3. Cold-calling in order to create interest in services and generate new business leads

4. Lead Generation using various interaction methods.

5. Build good relationships with potential and existing clients.

6. Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.

7. Developing online strategies for new and existing clients.

8. Gathering client requirements and providing consultative solutions.

9. Provide direction, guidance to the team to ensure alignment with the organizational needs and sale strategy.

10. Day to day management of the pre-sales business consulting team including time management, work allocation, assessment and training.

Account Management

1. Increase the company’s involvement with existing clients.

2. Develop and manage client communication tools

Business Development and Marketing

1. Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our services.

2. Further develop multi-tier relationships to organically grow the clients’ account.

3. Build referral and lead generation network.

4. Develop the corporate brand strategy.

5. Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients.

6. Implement business models so as to create new ventures.

7. Adopt a hands-on approach in monitoring the implementation and execution of marketing program.
