Product Solution Architect 9yrs to 14yrs-:

Skills and Knowledge:

·         10-15 yrs of experience on: J2SE, J2EE, J2ME, JSP,  JSTL, HTML, XML, EJB, JDBC, Hibernate, Apache Axis, XML-RPC,

WSDL, SOAP, Apache 2.X, IIS 6.0/7.0, 7-10+ yrs of experience on: Struts 2, Spring 2.0/2.5, Hibernate, Eclipse 3.1/3.4, HTML, XHTML,

JavaScript, CSS, XSLT;DOM, JSP, JSTL, XML, EJB, JDBC, Apache Axis, XML-RPC, WSDL, SOAP, Web Server (Apache 2.X / IIS 6.0/7.0),

Database (Oracle 10g/11g / SQL Server / Sybase / PostgreSQL / MySQL 4.x/5.x / DB40).

·         Experience on platforms: Windows 2003, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Solaris X86, Solaris SPARC, Windows Mobile 5, WinCE 4.2.

Technical Architect 8yrs to 12yrs -:

Skills and Knowledge:

·         5+ years experience as Senior level database administrator for enterprise web based solutions

·         5+ years experience developing Dimensional Models for Data Mart/ Data Warehouse .applications

·         Expertise in database schema design and developing database applications for scalability and performance.

·         Experience with database replication, clustering, backup, and optimization techniques.

·         Strong understanding of Business Intelligence tools (Oracle, Business Objects, etc).

·         Experience data warehouse and mining.

·         Experience with Linux/Unix environment.

·         Experience in application programming using Java or C# is a plus.

·         Good customer handling skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

·         Prepare specifications for assigned development projects

·         Work with team leads and managers on task breakdowns and time estimates for assigned portions of projects, and execute

against agreed upon development plans independently.

·         Perform database infrastructure design, refactoring, data validation, application updates and troubleshooting as required.

·         Work closely with software engineers and system administrators to ensure performance, availability and integrity.

·         Review and recommend emerging database and web technologies.

·         Evaluate current database platform for performance limitations and make recommendations for improvements/upgrades.

·         Design and Maintain a database architecture that will scale as business grows.

·         Work with product manager to define business intelligence metrics that drive clinical and financial outcomes for our customers and

 implement a schema to realize those outcomes.

·         Design and implement data-mining techniques to discover correlated data sets

·         Create and perform database and system maintenance policy and procedures

·         Maintain integrity and security of all data

·         Diagnose database and system performance problems

·         Determine how database should be configured for optimum performance including all the configuration settings.

·         Maintain a baseline and perform data layer load balancing-- which clients on what servers from a database perspective.

·         Develop scripts for system management needs.

·         Provide team leadership to team size of 5-8 members.

 

 

Java/ J2ee Lead/ Sr lead-:

• 7-10 yrs of experience on: J2SE, J2EE, J2ME.
• 5+ yrs of experience on: Struts 2, Spring 2.0/2.5, Hibernate, Eclipse 3.1/3.4, HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, XSLT;DOM, JSP, JSTL, XML, EJB, JDBC, Apache Axis, XML-RPC, WSDL, SOAP, Web Server (Apache 2.X / IIS 6.0/7.0), Database (Oracle 10g/11g / SQL Server / Sybase / PostgreSQL / MySQL 4.x/5.x / DB40).
• Experience on platforms: Windows 2003, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Solaris X86, Solaris SPARC, Windows Mobile 5, WinCE 4.2.

Application Server (WebSphere, WebLogic, Jboss), Database (Oracle 10g/11g, SQL Server, Sybase, PostgreSQL, MySQL 4.x/5.x, DB40).

·         Experience with following Tools: Ant, Groovy, Jasper, LDAP, Subversion, Bamboo, Confluence, Maven, Perl, Phyton.

·         Experience with: Rally, Agile Development.

·         Experience/Understanding on some of the following platforms: Windows 2003, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Solaris X86,

Solaris SPARC, Windows Mobile 5, WinCE 4.2.

·         Willing to work long term in core Technical role for a product development.
