• Utilities Domain:

1.     Customer Information Systems (CIS) – CRM/Call center application, Billing, and Customer web portal

2.     SmartGrid - Transmission and Distribution

3.     Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), Meter Data Management system deployment and integration with ERP/Legacy CIS and internet portals

4.     Demand Response and Demand Side Management Programs

5.     Power Generation  - Plant operations & maintenance, Renewables, distributed generation, power procurement , dispatch, optimization

6.     ETRM– Power/gas trading, risk management, contracts and settlements, energy portfolio management

• Services Domain:

1.     Publishing Domain – Online Publishing SME

2.     Hospitality Domain - Property Management Systems, Loyalty SME

3.     Airlines Domain - Airlines SME, Reservation, operations
