1. Job Title: Software Engineer/ Senior Software Engineer
Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA
Technology: Java/J2EE
Experience: 2 to 4 yrs
Location: NOIDA
Role:
• Deliver high quality web based sales solutions for the health insurance industry.
• Responsible for all advanced aspects of presentation tier and middle tier development.
• Must have knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) including.
• Some travel to client locations onsite will also be expected for those team members working with cross¿located project teams.
• Relational Database experience (Microsoft SQL Server, IBM DB2, Oracle).
• Proficient in analyzing software requirements and documenting technical specifications for a web based solution
• Experience with the full software development life cycle, with emphasis on design and documentation activities
• Client focused attitude with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate and share solutions with fellow team members
• Effective listening and problem solving skills
Additional Skills:
o Web Services a plus
o Experience with Struts a plus
o BEA Weblogic and/or IBM WebSphere experience a plus

2. Job Title: Module lead/Lead Software Engineer
Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA
Technology: Java/J2EE
Experience: 5-7 yrs
Location: NOIDA/ Indore
Role:
• Good core Java & J2EE skills with knowledge of OOPS principles
• Exposure to good software programming practices and principles
• Working knowledge in Struts is a MUST
• Good web technology and computer science fundamentals
• Exposure to databases, networking, distributed computing & web technologies
• Ability to perform low level design or implement given module independently
• Good exposure in databases
• Good working knowledge on Project methodology and processes
• Ability to lead small teams
