The Company specializes in Civil Construction like industrial earthwork projects, site grading and site roads in industrial areas Construction of all types of buildings, traditional and/or concrete construction. Renovation of all types of buildings. Demolition of concrete and steel structures. Mechanical Construction like Installation of fire water sprinkler systems and irrigation systems. Maintenance and repairs of refrigeration and air conditioning units. Installation of sweet and raw water pipe lines. Installation of sewerage pipe lines. Hydro Cutting, Electrical Installation, Shutdowns, etc. are some of the works undertaken by them.

Job Designation :- Site Engineer.

Experience :- 2 years and above

Educational Qualification : - Degree holder in Civil Engineering (B.E/B.Tech)

Salary package is SR 3000 + other Benefits. (1 SR = 12.5 INR)

Job Responsibilities:

Surveying the site.
Checking drawings and quantities and ensuring that the calculations are accurate for the work;
Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant for use in the construction;
Planning the work and efficiently organising the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;
Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and monitoring the work of any subcontractors
Writing detailed reports
Overseeing quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensuring that regulations are adhered to

Recruitment terms:-

1. Short listed candidates will have to attend personal interview with the client at our Mumbai office on 17th January 2010 between 12 pm to 3 pm.

2. Upon selection candidates will be informed to complete medical in their own cities/ in Mumbai.

3. Upon receipt of medical fitness report candidates will receive contract copy within four working days.

4. Candidates have to bear a minimum recruitment fees to IND MANPOWER INTL i.e 25K. (including air ticket, visa, Govt Taxes, overseas insurance.)

5. Interested candidates revert back along with Updated Resume, Scan Copy of Passport, Educational Certificates.
