Skills/Competencies:
ü Required: ü 3+ years public facing web development experience ü Competency in the following technologies and platforms: ¡ Microsoft C# or VB.NET/ASP.NET 1.1,2.0,3.5 ¡ In depth knowledge of .NET framework and Libraries for .NET 3.5 ¡ Knowledge of common vulnerabilities – XSS, XSRF, click fraud, SQL injection ¡ SQL Server, Relational Design Principles ¡ SSIS/DTS ¡ Knowledge of Objection Relational Technologies (NHibernate a plus) ¡ In-depth knowledge of CSS/HTML styling ¡ XML, XLST ¡ SEO ¡ ASP.Net Ajax, Javascript ¡ Self starter, results oriented, able to execute multiple projects simultaneously, and work in a team environment as well as independently ¡ Supportive of a project management methodology and follow direction from Tech Lead ¡ Javascript experience ¡ XML experience ü Nice to haves: ¡ Ajax and JQuery experience ¡ Experience with ASP.net & VB.net (Experienced with recent web work using framework 3.5) ¡ Strong understanding of Flash/Action Scripting experience ¡ Visual Studio.Net experience

Role and Responsibilities: ü Responsible for backend construction of the core websites: www.bettycrocker.com, www.pillsbury.com, www.eatbetteramerica.com, and www.boxtops4education.com and the support and enhancement of the key underlying technologies (Community Server, Endeca, Profile, Sitecore). ü This includes: ¡ Documenting work when applicable to simplify hand-offs and future support ¡ Work with QA to test final product ¡ Finding solutions for cross-browser issues in both HTML/CSS and JavaScript ¡ Work with CIA Tech Lead and IDC Team Lead to implement website solutions ¡ Ensure web pages and scripts are compatible across web browsers ¡ Implement new development and support initiatives ¡ Investigate and resolve bugs reported by the business or consumers and see their implementation through to production ¡ Actively participate in design and code reviews ¡ Provide feedback and suggestions on technology improvements ¡ Implement reusable components from platform team or technical lead
