Designation             : Area Sales Manager/ Associate leader (ITO)
Years of Exp            : 10+ years
Reports to               : Leader Sales (ITO)
Work Location: ( Preferably resident in the locations and knows the IT market locally).
US
UK
ANZ
ROA
IND
Germany/France
Switzerland

Educational Qualifications:

BE (Preferably Computer Science or others)
MBA
 
Requisites:

Strong Knowledge of RIM

Strong Industry knowledge of the location specific opportunities for RIM

Should be able to deliver complex consulting solutions based on ITO.

Ideally should have built and mentored a team of 10+ sales managers.

Should have won $5 M deals in ITO sector. Proven track record of sales performance against revenue goals.

Should have a robust pipeline of future businesses.

Experience with Pricing, Costing, Financial models.

Excellent communication & social skills

 
Roles and responsibilities:

Acquire new clients and increase sales in ITO vertical

Built CXO level and Senior IT Management relationships to promote Mphasis ITO services

Collaborate with the management teams to understand, analyze and suggest roadmaps for Infrastructure Outsourcing initiatives promoting MphasiS.

Evolve business plans for the New Business Acquisitions.
Build and Manage Sales team for ITO operations.

 
KEY Responsibility Areas

Reaching sales goals as set by management.
Maintain high level of product and vendor knowledge
Prospecting for new business, preparing/presenting proposals and maintaining existing relationships.
Perform sales and technical discussions with potential clients, presentations and preparation of documents in order to increase revenue for the company.

Identifying and developing new business and clients through networking, courtesy and follow up calls to new account holders and cold calling.

Reviewing progress and identifying opportunities for further sales and areas for new development

Understanding Customers' business needs and applying knowledge of the company's products to meet those needs.
