Problem Identification
& Management: Identify and record problems, maintain metrics, recreate
problems and problem resolution, produce metrics reports, chase problem
resolution, priorities problems.

Experience in incident/bug
reporting, causal analysis, problem solving, and procedural reporting.

Experience
in Health Care domain would be preferred.
