EXPERIENCE, CHARACTERISTICS & KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:

Should have 8 years + experience in End-to-End Solution Architecture Design in Product Development Environment.

Should have deep understanding of Object
Oriented Methodologies and Software Design Patterns.

Should have strong understanding of Service
Oriented Architecture.

Should have experience in successfully taking
ideas from Proof of Concepts / Prototype phase to revenue bearing products.

Should have experience in Client-Server and
N-tier Architectures running on disparate Operating Systems.

Should have command on Java with good exposure
to Thread Programming.

Good exposure of Java Application Servers,
for e.g. Apache Tomcat, Weblogic etc.

Good exposure of Java Servlets, Struts, JSP,
Java Script, HTML.

Good experience in Web Services, SOAP.

Should have experience in working on UNIX,
Linux and Windows environment.

Should have good experience in creating clustered,
high performance systems.

Should have experience in JDBC, Oracle SQL
and Performance Tuning

Should come armed with excellent analytical,
communications skills and a demonstrated problem solving ability.

Aware in XML, XSLT, ORM (Hibernate), Ant,
Junit, Eclipse, Flex, CSS, MQ-Series, JMS, UML

Ability to pickup New Technologies, Solve
Complex Technical Problems and Multitask between different projects

Should have good communication skills
