- Relevant exp: 3 yrs min - 10 yrs max.
- Educational / Professional Qualification (Preferable) : BE / B Tech/ MCA .
- Good Communication skills - written & verbal.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
Must have one end to end implementation.
- SAP R3 Administration ECC 6.0
- Netweaver components administration, and troubleshooting
- BW 3.5 system administration
- Enterprise portal 7.0/6.0 administration
- Experience Business Connector 4.8
- Experience in Internet Transaction Server 6.40
- Homogenous system copy
- Support packs/stacks , Notes ,J2EE patching
- Solution Manager 4.0
- Must have Oracle Experience and UNIX experience (any platform)
- Oracle Backup and Restore
Product Line support concerning daily Run Maintain activities as
- Work on Tickets
- Work on Service restoration (SRT, RCA)
- Good knowledge on Change Management (CCRB, GCARs)
- Providing reports (Capacity, Performance, Incidents)
- Providing reports according to requirements
- For all the tasks as mentioned above: Reporting to and working closely together
Knowledge of the following applications and tools
- REALTECH Transport Manager (for automated transports)
- Cloning Tool Livelink Archive Windows Viewer (for access to Open Text Archive)
- Secude SW (for encrypted SAPGUI-access to HR-systems)
- SPS (order management; to be replaced with HP Service Manager 7.2)
- ATLAS (Remedy Action Request Incident Management System)
- CMDB (Change Management Database)
- HP OpenView
- Experience on Backup tool Networker
Must Have
- Good Analytical and Troubleshooting Skills
- Service- and customer-orientation
- Capability to work in a virtual team
- Accepting the reporting line to the German supervisor
- Quality orientation, high personal effort and capacity
L3 resource Position - Relevant Experience 5-10 years
Must have two end to end implementation.
- SAP R3 Administration ECC 6.0
- Netweaver components administration,and troubleshooting
- Enterprise portal 7.0 administration
- BW system administration and performance monitoring
- Experience on SAP and Oracle Database upgrade
- Support Stacks,Notes and J2EE Patching
- Must have Oracle DB Administration and UNIX experience (any platform)
- Expertise in Business Connector 4.8 Administration
- Administration of Internet Transaction Server 6.40
- Support Stacks,Notes and J2EE Patching
- Homogenous ,Heteregenous System Copy
- Good expertise in Solution Manager 4.0/7.0 and other components
- Performance Tuning SAP and Database
- Backup and Restore for Oracle Databases
- Disaster Recovery for Oracle Database
Product Line support concerning daily Run Maintain activities as
- Work on Tickets
- Work on Service restoration (SRT, RCA)
- Good knowledge on Change Management (CCRB, GCARs)
