• 2-8 years experience
• MBA preferred
• Expertise in selling recruitment services
• Superior prospecting skills.
• Strong solutions selling background
• Excellent sales, New Business Development , Account management and relationship building skills .
• Strong network at senior management levels in HR
• Ability to develop and manage CXO level relationships
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
