We are now looking for a hands-on candidate for the position of SALES / COUNTRY MANAGER, India, Bangalore (Delhi)
Job Purpose:
The Sales / Country Manager will be a business executive joining our fast growing global organization.The main focus areas of this role are to develop the regional sales organization in India, manage Codenomicon's Indian subsidiary and assume responsibility for meeting the regional sales targets. Sales / Country Manager is expected to be closely involved with the sales processes to Key Accounts with existing strong and active customer references. We expect the Sales / Country Manager to have experience managing a sales organization. Having first-hand experience with B2B selling approach.
Desired Skills & Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales organization management and development, including channels
- Management of the legal entity
- Act as a contact point towards local Codenomicon lawyer, book keeper and local authorities
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual booking objectives as assigned
- Own and maintain the pipeline at a level 3 times the target
- Territory and account planning and forecasting
- Create awareness and demand for Codenomicon solutions with all stake holders
- Manage the end-to-end sales process
- Articulate the business benefits and value proposition of Codenomicon’s offerings
Qualifications Education
- Degree in Business Administration
- Degree in Engineering
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of international sales / organization management in B2B environment
Knowledge & skills
- Proven track record
- Proven to be able to sell high (c-level)
- Strong knowledge of sales of Software Development Life Cycle technology. Preferably within areas around quality, security and testing.
- Excellent in written and spoken English
- Proven strong business and negotiation skills
- Passionate about IT business
- Entrepreneurial spirit with flexible personality
- Great team work and leadership skills
