Experience : 3 - 5 Years

The Candidates should possess the following Requirements:

· 3 to 5+ years of experience with Pega Systems PRPC 5.5, with good application architecture and design experience

· Good working experience with application server technology (Websphere preferred)

· Call Center Framework is desirable or Insurance domain knowledge is preferable

· Experience of enterprise level systems development with strong knowledge of industry standard interface protocols (i.e. SOAP, MQ, HTTP, EJB, etc.)

· Strong working knowledge or Pega Standards and Guardrails.

· Strong business and product knowledge including Business Process Analysis and Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO)

· Strong knowledge of PRPC optimization, profiling, and trouble shooting.

· Strong working knowledge of SQL.

· Ability to create and manage inside a SOA architecture.

· Knowledge of version and revision control practices and procedures

· Agile/Iterative development knowledge desirable

· Pega PRPC certification is desirable
