Requirement:
   









·         - 8-11 yrs of software development experience

·         - 4 years as technical leader

·         - 5+ years of experience in Microsoft.NET platform

·         - Experience in Web Apps, Windows Apps, Web Services and Databases must

·         - Should be able to translate product functional specification into technical design, considering -      performance, scalability and reliability aspects

·         - Should be able to own product features for the release

·         - Should be an avid learner of new technologies, innovate and demonstrate this attribute.

·         - Should be very strong in Design Patterns.

·         - Experience in product development is highly desirable.

·         - Experience with large enterprise applications and large databases.

·         - Should have inclination to re-architect legacy systems keeping in mind the business needs.

·         - Excellent communication skills.

- Excellent mentorship skills and translate same to team.
