· Achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators on activity, sales & persistency by developing, formulating and implementing specific sales plans to achieve AOP targets.
· Proactive management of the client base to increase penetration of wealth management products, increase share wallet and improve profitability of the customer base.
· Proactive learning and self development initiatives to understand the latest product offerings in the market.
· Effective management of customer relationships and anticipation of customers' financial needs on an ongoing basis
· Growth of portfolio as outlined in the business plans for the package (existing and new business) and number of customers managed
Skillsets Required (Mandatory)
Postgraduation with
· AMFI/PTC accreditation
· IRDA certification.
Licensed to sell wealth management products thru IRDA or AMFI
Excellent Communication & Networking Skills

Designation: Assistant Manager ADVANCE
Department: BBWM
Reporting to: AVP ADVANCE (SM ADVANCE)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to
· Managing HSBC ADVANCE customers of the branch and build the Advance liability balances.
· Cross-sell of Insurance, Investment and Mortgage products to the existing Advance base.
· Growing the liability book of the mapped customers.
· Sourcing quality NTB Advance accounts
· Identifying opportunities and generate referrals/closures for the retail asset products.
· Meeting all financial and non-financial goals set out in the MPIs.
Skillsets Required (Mandatory)
Postgraduation with
· AMFIaccreditation
· IRDA certification.
Knowledge of Wealth Products
Excellent Communication & Relationship Management Skills
